 As Chief Executive Officer and the largest shareholder, Tou has been responsible for leading the significant growth from a small, narrowly-focused company, to a fully-diversified commercial real estate services and investment firm with more than 50 people, and offices Minneapolis—as well as continued expansion into the Southeastern U.S., with additional geographies on the way.

Managing Director |  Finance

 Along with Tou, Alex has help build the firm into what it is today. He first started as an Analyst Intern at RSM US LLP in 2017. A year later he became the senior Project Business Analyst at Deloitte from 2018-2021 prior to becoming Managing Director. Alex holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota.

 Robert spent more than 8 years at Bank of America and its predecessor firms, where he held senior roles leading U.S. corporate banking, transaction banking, and loan syndications. Robert holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.

Investment Coordinator | Finance

 Emily assists with Finance's daily operations and capital-raising efforts, managing compliance, operations, and client onboarding. With 10 years of administrative and executive support experience, she is highly organized and detail-oriented. Previously, Emily was the Roadshow Coordinator for CRG LP, managing logistics for U.S. and international capital-raising roadshows.
